Professional preventive maintenance for your camera system

Hello Cameras provides scheduled preventive maintenance every 4 months for camera systems purchased and installed by us. We inspect, clean, test and optimize the system to catch connection, recording and image-quality problems early.

What’s included every 4 months

  • Full system inspection
  • Clean camera lenses and housings
  • Remove spiderwebs, dust and debris
  • Inspect wiring, connectors and visible cable condition
  • Test cables and connections
  • Adjust camera angles and check image quality
  • Verify recording, playback and storage health
  • Check remote viewing and mobile app operation
  • Apply compatible firmware updates when available
  • Minor cable and connector corrections when practical

Maintenance plan pricing

Up to 4 cameras — $180 every 4 months
Up to 6 cameras — $250 every 4 months
Up to 8 cameras — $350 every 4 months
9–16 cameras — $450 every 4 months
17+ cameras — Call for pricing

Major rewiring, new cable runs, replacement cameras, recorders, hard drives, parts, lift rentals and special-access work are quoted separately.
