These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Hello Cameras Installations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general information. Many products are obtained from suppliers after an order is placed. Availability may change, and we will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or requires a substitution approved by you.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery information.
Standard U.S. shipping is calculated as 10% of the merchandise subtotal, with a minimum charge of $5 and a maximum charge of $25 per order. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Contact Hello Cameras promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders already processed or shipped may not be cancelable. Before returning any product, contact us for authorization and instructions. Return eligibility may depend on the product condition, manufacturer policy and applicable law. Original and return shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the product is defective or the return is required by law.
Equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Installation workmanship is covered under the separate written Hello Cameras Workmanship Warranty: 60 days when Hello Cameras supplies the equipment and 30 days when the customer supplies the equipment. Warranty exclusions and conditions apply.
Unless specifically included in writing, online product prices do not include installation, electrical work, wall repair, special equipment, permits or non-standard cabling. Installation services require a separate written scope or estimate.
To the extent permitted by law, Hello Cameras is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, internet or utility interruptions, manufacturer defects, customer-supplied equipment failures, misuse, unauthorized changes or events outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by applicable Georgia and United States law.
